Check if your domain is set up correctly


When the customer or partner have bought domain hosting and want their video address to be on their company domain, it’s very important that they have set this up correctly.

Now customers and partners should be able to verify this themselves through a new tool. 

What do you do?

1.       Click on this link: 

2.       Enter the domain to be verified (eg.

3.       Click “Check”

If the verification fails and there are records that are configured incorrect, you will not be able to receive calls using this domain. 

The owner of the domain (i.e. the customer or partner) will need to correct the configuration as Pexip does not have access to these records.
