In short, no. Pexip does not have a cloud service of our own.  We do not offer a Video Confernecing as a Service (VCaaS) platform.  We do have our demo platform that customers can try out what Pexip looks and feels like for video.  However, the Pexip platform is service provider (SP) friendly, so we have over 60 SP's globally who have built their VCaaS offering on Pexip.  Please get in touch if you would like to know more about our SP partners.
